Mighty  Quark

Stockholm based Irishman Mark O’ Sullivan is the production force behind The Mighty Quark, whose last album, the grammy nominated ‘Silverdale’ was released on Play in July 2002.

The 'Kangaroo No.1' track remixed by Silicon Hustler artists comes from the Mighty Quark debut LP ‘Ian Hendrik’s Disco’ (released through his King Syndrome Sounds record label) was enough of an underground hit that the remix commissions started rolling in including Brooklyn Funk Essentials, and Leftfield (who asked Mark to remix their ‘Chant of a Poor Man’ single)

Mark has also recorded for Brique Rouge under the Kram pseudonym, and collaborated with Andy Bell (Oasis /Ride) and Kid Loco on his ‘Bacuzzi’ project. For more info on mark and his various projects, see his King Syndrome Sounds website

As if making music wasn’t enough, Mark has also let his talents shine as a footballer (3rd division in Sweden, league footie in Ireland too)
